Ami and the Clinic Maintenance team helped me to repair the waterproofing at our laundry after the builder who build our house in 2019 and handovered to the previous owner with damaged waterproofing but hide it with the cupboard. Ami was very professional and Clinic Maintenance team did a fantastic job of meeting our timelines as we wanted the repairs completed in a short time during the Easter holiday.They managed to dismantle the existing finishing, re-apply the waterproofing then put on new floor tiles, install cupboard, connect pipeworks, painting and caulking etc.

Clinic Maintenance recently undertook two bathroom renovations for me, as well as other works including door and fence replacements. Throughout the process I was impressed by their excellent communication, responsiveness and honesty. The contract documentation presented was accurate and fully compliant with all laws and regulations. Insurance was taken out prior to the works starting. Igor, the project manager, was right on top of everything and responded quickly to any concerns or information requested. Their quotes were competitive and the works (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting) were to a very high standard. The works were all undertaken in a timely manner and within budget. Invoices were clear and provided upon completion of milestones. The property was fully and satisfactorily cleaned following the works. We engaged Ami and the Clinic Maintenance team to repair our bathrooms after the dodgy builder who build our house in 2010 did an unprofessional job. We were looking for a cost-effective and minimum option, however Ami was very professional, explaining that the job needed to be done properly and that he wasn't interested in doing a band aid fix.He gave us several options to try and meet our budget and was very transparent throughout the engagement.
