We recently had our bathroom renovated by Clinic Maintenanceand couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole process was professional and well organised.Ami was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire renovation and helped guide us in the right direction with both the design choices and practical aspects of the build. His advice and experience made the process so much easier and gave us confidence in the decisions we made. The attention to detail was outstanding, especially with the tiling, feature wall, and overall finish of the space. They really brought our vision to life with the modern minimalist design, brushed gold fixtures, dark walnut vanity, and feature tiles all coming together beautifully.Communication throughout the renovation was excellent, and the team was always respectful, punctual, and easy to deal with. The workmanship and quality exceeded our expectations, and the final bathroom looks absolutely amazing.Highly recommend Clinic Maintenance to anyone looking for a high-quality renovation and a team that genuinely cares about the end result.

I engaged Clinic Maintenance to complete a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my flat in Cheltenham. I was quite wary at first, having heard plenty of horror stories about builders, but from the beginning I felt reassured by their communication and professionalism. I even had external experts peer review the work, and it came back faultless. The end result was excellent — both the kitchen and bathroom were completed in just 5.5 weeks, on budget, and ready for the rental market. Very happy with the outcome and would confidently recommend them.

I’ve now used Ami and Clinic Maintenance for two major projects. About two years ago, they handled a bathroom renovation involving structural work and an extension with a building permit, all done professionally. More recently, they repaired my Airbnb property by replacing a faulty balcony membrane and tiling—completed just before my next booking. I’m extremely happy with the results both times!”

We highly recommend Clinic Maintenance. Our kitchen renovation was completed in record time, well within budget, and to an exceptionally high standard. From start to finish, the entire team was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always polite, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. As with any renovation, there were a few unexpected hiccups along the way, but these were handled extremely efficiently and with minimal disruption, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.The project was tracked via a dedicated WhatsApp group, where we were constantly updated and guided on next steps. This level of communication meant everyone was always on the same page and gave us complete confidence throughout the renovation.A special mention must go to Ami, the owner and project manager, who was beyond amazing to deal with from the very first phone call. The amount of effort Ami put into ensuring everything was completed within the timeline he proposed was incredible. He was consistently responsive, flexible, and accommodating with any changes or customisations we requested, while still keeping pricing fair and transparent. We were also given outstanding advice and recommendations when it came to appliances. On Ami’s recommendation, we chose Blaupunkt appliances throughout, and we have been beyond impressed with both the pricing and the sleek, high-end design. The cooktop, oven, and dishwasher all look immaculate and truly top of the range. What makes this even more impressive is that the entire renovation was completed in just two weeks, in the lead-up to Christmas, with exceptional craftsmanship across every stage; planning, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, installation, and clean-up. Any additional work required was carried out with precision and minimal disruption. We would absolutely use Clinic Maintenance again. In fact, we were so impressed that we have already signed up to complete our next project with them in January 2026 to do the flooring. If you’re looking for a team that delivers quality, efficiency, transparency, and genuine care for their work, Clinic Maintenance is outstanding.

Ami from Clinic Maintenance and his team have just finished a complete renovation of my unit. It was a renovation fraught with difficulties - none of which were caused by Clinic Maintenance, but which were all dealt with by Ami and his team with professionalism and efficiency. From significant changes to start dates through finding the place in urgent need of repair as well as renovation, Ami and his team dealt with every set back. For every problem Ami created a cost-efficient solution. The quality of the repairs and renovation was excellent. In a matter of weeks the place looks like new (better than new actually!). Ami communicated each stage of the renovation with me and we were able to proactively solve any 'surprise issues' (and there were a few) in real time. I so appreciated Ami's honesty and efficiency. I'm delighted with the end result. I recommend Ami and his team as renovation and repair specialists.

Ami and the Clinic Maintenance team helped me to repair the waterproofing at our laundry after the builder who build our house in 2019 and handovered to the previous owner with damaged waterproofing but hide it with the cupboard. Clinic Maintenance recently undertook two bathroom renovations for me, as well as other works including door and fence replacements. Throughout the process I was impressed by their excellent communication, responsiveness and honesty. The contract documentation presented was accurate and fully compliant with all laws and regulations. Insurance was taken out prior to the works starting. Igor, the project manager, was right on top of everything and responded quickly to any concerns or information requested. Their quotes were competitive and the works (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting) were to a very high standard. The works were all undertaken in a timely manner and within budget. Invoices were clear and provided upon completion of milestones. The property was fully and satisfactorily cleaned following the works. I have no hesitation in recommending Clinic Maintenance for building works and would be happy to speak personally if required.

We engaged Ami and the Clinic Maintenance team to repair our bathrooms after the dodgy builder who build our house in 2010 did an unprofessional job. We were looking for a cost-effective and minimum option, however Ami was very professional, explaining that the job needed to be done properly and that he wasn't interested in doing a band aid fix.He gave us several options to try and meet our budget and was very transparent throughout the engagement. Clinic Maintenance team did a fantastic job of meeting our timelines as we wanted the repairs completed in a short time so that we could get if on the market in the Spring. All up, they managed to completely replace two bathrooms, paint the interior, replace carpet and several other pieces of work in less than eight weeks. This helped us to get a good price for our property in a tough market
